What participants are saying!

I must admit that I was somewhat skeptical about how much an experienced litigator would take from a CLE on court reporting, but I was pleasantly surprised at how entertaining and informative this was. Kim presented a lot of information that is often overlooked in taking a deposition, as well as some great advice about taking depositions out of state. The CLE is peppered with fun factoids and, at the very least, I guarantee you will leave with a better appreciation for what court reporters do. I highly recommend this CLE for all litigators, regardless of experience level.   – Thomas P. Ludwig, Kasowitz, Benson, Torres & Friedman, LLP

I was pleasantly surprised with the information provided during the Court Reporting 101 presentation. Kim is a dynamic speaker and her company is the best in the industry; however, I was skeptical about using an hour out of my day to learn about court reporting. Especially when I’ve spent the last 25 years working up litigation files. Well, I apologize for ever doubting her because Kim keeps this topic fresh, interesting, and fun. She even managed to teach this old dog some new tricks about rules, regulations, and the voodoo magic coming out of that little 12 key machine. So, mea culpa Kim, Court Reporting 101 is definitely worth the hour spent.   – Kim

Court Reporting 101 is a must see! Kim Tindall’s presentation of Court Reporting 101 is phenomenal. It shows the progression of Court Reporting technology and Realtime programs and gives you a view into the Court Reporter’s world. I had the great opportunity to see Kim’s presentation twice and enjoyed it both times.    – Trudy Rush, Thompson, Coe, Cousins & Irons, LLP
